Visit in Poland. 06.06-13.06.2010
The visit was taking place from 6th of June until 13th of June.The students and their teachers form Turkey, Germany, the Czech Republic and Slovakia came to Konopiska to summarise 2-year long lasting cooperation. The students of course stayed at Polish families, practised English and got know Polish everyday traditions. Our guests were greeted by our village administrator Mr.Jerzy Socha and other officials and they were shown a very beautiful artistic show. During the stay they had an opportunity to see our village, our area, the things the officials and the inhabitants are proud of, such as "Orlik stadium", the golf course, the city of Częstochowa with its monuments and of course Jasna Góra Monastery. We had a meeting which was to sum up our all work, disscuss all the points of our cooperation. To evaluate we filled in the questionnaires to see how valuable our work and cooperation was. We also prepared some trips to make our guests satisfied and see how beautiful Poland is and how rich and valuable Polish culture is. We went to Jura Krakowsko-Częstochowska, Oświęcim, Pszczyna and Cracow. All the trips were very educational and our guests liked them very much. We exchanged last products. We thanked each other for these 2 years of hard but fruitful work. We hope we can meet again.
