Our project

Our project entitled www.religion.culture.tolerance.eu is going to strengthen the feeling of own national, cultural and religious identity and get know other countries' religions, cultures and traditions. It will influence the increase in students' respect an acceptance to other countries and religions. Thank to the planned steps we would like to create attitude to tolerance in our students.

Our students will be motivated to learn foreign languages. They will broaden and enrich their vocabulary in religion, culture, customs, cuisine traditions, school life and music. They will gather knowledge how to make the internet site, films an scenes, prepare taken photos, use a digital video camera. Youth will learn basic words an expressions in participating countries' languages.

Students with special needs and socially and marginally endangered will definitely commit themselves on the project. There will be equal chances for both girls and boys in working on the project. While working in it the students will learn responsibility, independence and tolerance. The feeling of their own value will be toughened. The project is also going to motivate teachers to learn foreign language, which will let them broaden their competence and and thank to experience exchange they will enrich their workshop.

Visits in the partnership schools will give both the students and the teachers direct contact which will make friendship and its tightening easier and also will let know the lifestyle in visited countries. The stereotypes which are often based on a lack of knowledge or false information are going to be eliminated.

The products such as: posters, diaries, films, books, comics, multimedia presentations, games will be enclosed in educational programmes enriching and broadening them at the same time. The final products will promote our countries in Europe. We really want our students to realize the need of lifelong, continual learning in order to meet the demands of the modern world.
