Visit in Germany. 6-12.06.2009
From 6th-11th June some students from Turkey, Slovakia, The Czech Republic and Poland tohether with their teachers took part in the visit in Markdorf on Lake Constance.
The students staying at German families' had the chance to improve German and English language. They also could find out more about the lifestyle of German families. During the formal meeting we were greeted by the headmaster and the officials of Markdorf. We visited the school building, got more information on the German educational system. The students attended the English, German, IT, PE and Art classes. Our hosts organised very interesting trips for us, e.g. to Constance and Bregenz. During the meeting The Comenius Team we summed up the first year of cooperation, disscussed the tasks for the next year and watched the film "Wedding Ceremonies". We also had a great opportunity to take part in the procession of the Corpus Christi on Thursday 11th. It was a very amazing experience because on that day in Meersburg there are flower carpets in the city streets.
On the way back the students shared with the teachers their impressions and observations. The visit was a very interesting experience for us.
